Appliances and air conditioners sold by ONEDPOT are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To activate your warranty coverage, you must complete online warranty registration directly with the manufacturer within the timeframe specified in your product documentation.

Warranty claims must be submitted through the manufacturer's warranty process. Please refer to the documentation included with your product for registration instructions and warranty terms.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at 602-741-0202 with photos and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
